If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 07 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 07 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Once the item is received at our center, it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-7 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

MYQ will issue you a full refund or store credit for the product, provided that it is returned to us new condition in its original packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the result is of our error. If the reason for return isn’t a result of our error, the cost of return shipping (AED 30) will be deducted from your refund.


Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, Depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you

You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

If your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch your order falls under the returns policy stated above. Please see the cancellation right section of our terms and conditions.

A cancellation fee will apply accordingly as per our cancellation policy.
